One or two routine service visits per annum

1 or 2 preventative maintenance service visits undertaken for the purpose of inspecting and fitting of service parts and the making of any operational adjustments necessary. Labour and travelling time included but any repairs, replacement of faulty parts, any recommended spares and consumables and additional visits will be charged at our current list price.

Labour only: One routine service visit per annum

Consists of (A) above but includes the labour costs of carrying out any repair, although replacement of faulty parts will be charged at our current list price. A further 3 emergency visits will also be covered but travelling time will be charged at the prevailing rate. Any spare parts and additional visits will be charged at our current list price.

Comprehensive – one or two routine service visits per annum

Covers the cost of all labour and non-consumable parts. A service contract on a completely automatic system will include, upon request, all software upgrades without charge. In the event of a breakdown, priority is given to comprehensive contract holders for the provision of a free-of-charge loan instrument. This is subject to availability of stock and will be for a maximum period of up to 2 weeks.

Comprehensive contracts carry a 10% discount off the current list price on the majority of PSA instruments and consumable items. The contract number must be quoted when placing an order.
